We are seeking an individual to join our Cheyenne Wells, CO team during the grain season. This role is crucial for all scale operations and the success of our wheat and corn harvests. Hours vary weekly from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend availability, and there is potential for full-time employment after the season. Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using both computer and manual tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, identify hazards, and communicate unsafe conditions.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• 0-6+ months of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Service.

Additional Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to work longer days, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
• Pre-employment screening may be required, including drug tests, background checks, physical assessments, and compliance with FMCSA regulations.
