Qualifications

• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle's mission.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and process transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through SPG and loyalty programs.
• Place Special Orders or call other stores to locate desired merchandise.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle customer service expectations to meet guest needs.
