Job summary

Tiffany store in Honolulu seeks Seasonal Team Member to embody the Tiffany brand through exceptional client interactions during the holiday season. You will support the sales team by delivering hospitality-driven experiences, assisting at POS and engraving stations, and helping keep the sales floor organized.

This role contributes to store operations and special projects to ensure optimal client service during peak periods, with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by warmly welcoming and assisting Clients to create memorable experiences.
• Enhance the Client experience through hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service goals.
• Assist with engraving stations and lead floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat, and assist with boxing and wrapping.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies, perform POS functions after purchase, and communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (such as hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent Client service, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
