Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable experiences.
• Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist engraving stations and manage waiting lists.
• Keep POS areas and sales floors neat, wrap gifts.
• Replenish supplies, perform POS functions after purchase, report issues.
• Support store operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.
