Job summary

Pittman & Davis is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales Team during peak season (October–February). The role includes order processing, client communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth gifting experience for clients.

Responsibilities include managing gifting accounts, entering orders, updating clients on order status, and coordinating with Accounts Receivable as needed. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and excellent organizational ability are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team with day-to-day management of gifting accounts.
• Assist with order entry and processing, including gift lists for Data Processing.
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, payments, updates, receipts, and special requests.
• Collect payment information by phone and coordinate with Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Process address changes, replacement orders, and custom gift materials.
• Maintain accurate account information, order records, and CRM data.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate order issues as needed.
