Job summary

Hale Groves in Florida is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Specialist to back the Hale Groves Sales Team during peak season (October–February). This role handles order processing, client communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth gifting experience.

You’ll support gifting accounts, enter orders, coordinate with accounts receivable, update CRM records, and respond to client inquiries. A high school diploma and basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook) are required, with full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or office work preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday during the seasonal window.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with day-to-day management of gifting accounts
• Assist with order entry and processing, including preparing customer gift lists for Data Processing
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, payments, updates, receipts, and special requests
• Collect payment information by phone and coordinate with Accounts Receivable as needed
• Process address changes, replacement orders, web order message corrections, and custom gift materials
