Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Team Members to represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and supporting store operations across hospitality, POS, and merchandising tasks.

This in-store, seasonal role focuses on creating memorable client experiences by warmly welcoming clients, assisting with POS transactions and packaging, engraving station duties, and helping maintain tidy, inviting displays while supporting inventory and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-related experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform POS functions and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with POS transactions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
• Assist engraving station duties and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.

• Support operations with inventory tasks, special projects, and after-sales servicing to ensure smooth store operations.
