Brobston Group in King of Prussia, PA is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to represent the brand and create memorable client experiences during the holidays.

You will assist with sales, hospitality, store operations, engraving/boxing, POS functions, and ensure clean, stocked hospitality areas while adapting to a fast-paced environment and nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client services.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver attentive hospitality.
• Support store amenities, manage floor waiting lists, and keep hospitality areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with engraving, boxing and wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishing supplies.
• Keep sales-floor and point-of-sale areas organized and assist with operational procedures, inventory, after-sales service, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Summary

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
