Qualifications

• Ability to meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Adherence to store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance per visual standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently (shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment).
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership on elevated issues and adopt new technologies in-store.
• Understand how technology enhances customer experience and store performance.
