Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent product knowledge and customer connection focus.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell with a service orientation and meet store and personal sales goals daily.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping per visual standards.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Embrace new technologies in-store and leverage Shopify when applicable.
• Build relationships with the team and community events to boost brand awareness.
