• Excellent product knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Shopify knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to create a selling and service-oriented environment.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales goals daily.
• Maintain store appearance per visual standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations (receiving, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment).
• Collaborate with leadership on elevated issues.
• Engage with local community through events to boost brand awareness.
