Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Chicago is seeking a stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences through fashion expertise, merchandising, and store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll suggest looks, engage with shoppers, and support promotions using Levi's omni-channel approach.

You’ll help with cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual standards while embracing Levi's heritage and values. This role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for trends.

Qualifications

• Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk kneel squat bend reach overhead and climb ladders with/without accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs.
• Engage shoppers with Levi's omni experience and Levi's Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and store operations including cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
