Job summary

belk is hiring for Seasonal team members across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You may work full-time, part-time, or flex schedules, with opportunities to assist on the sales floor, handle transactions, and support behind-the-scenes processes while building store goals and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates dedication to customer service and a drive to meet store objectives.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows systems.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with a welcoming, personalized service approach.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and product placement.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, proper signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery.
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating teamwork.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and security procedures to minimize risk.
