Job summary

belk is hiring for Full-time, Part-time and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. Seasonal team members deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations for a positive customer experience.

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll assist customers on the sales floor, handle transactions, and support behind-the-scenes processes to meet store goals, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to store success.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must move around all store areas and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals and store objectives.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers with a welcoming, personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and address inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations including curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, well-presented selling areas with accurate signage and fitting rooms.
