Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to meet store objectives and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers to deliver personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Assist with store operations: fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions and visual merchandising.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to help customers.
• Build positive team culture and share knowledge to boost performance.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and security protocols to minimize risk.
