The HoneyBaked Ham Company, LLC is hiring seasonal staff for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Flexible scheduling makes it ideal for students, teachers, retirees or anyone seeking extra income without a long-term commitment.

Seasonal associates receive discounts and a free ham or turkey breast after completing the schedule. Pay ranges from the California state minimum wage starting at $17 per hour, with opportunities to earn more depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, providing excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits; drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout shift; take responsibility for activities within control.
• Follow all processes and procedures; comply with safety, security and workplace policies.
