Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our stores during peak periods. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, support multiple store operations, and help drive sales through product knowledge and teamwork.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn about Crocs brand initiatives and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while adhering to Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
