You will support multiple departments, learn Crocs product lines, and contribute to a positive store culture while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share feedback while upholding core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance.
