Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during busy seasons. You will help keep the store organized, assist customers with product selection, and perform stock duties as needed.

This role offers an energetic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, able to lift 25 lbs, and comfortable with technology.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs on the floor.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store environment.
• Assist with front and back-of-store duties, including POS processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and teamwork.
• Adhere to attendance policy and complete tasks as assigned.
