Job summary

Five Below is a fast-growing retailer seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to join our stores for the October–January holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the floor is well-stocked with a smooth checkout experience at the register.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, applying product knowledge to meet needs, promoting events, and collaborating with the team to reach store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Assess needs, share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives, aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about merchandise restocking and feedback.
• Support team and company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
