Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the center of the action during our busy holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure fast, seamless checkout experiences at the register.

The role is temporary for the October through January period, with opportunities to learn about products and promotions while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with a friendly approach.
• Understand and meet customer needs using product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and processing exchanges when possible.
