Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season from October through January. You will deliver outstanding customer service while driving strong sales, keep merchandise organized, ensure the floor is stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Greet customers, share product knowledge, promote events, and resolve concerns with courtesy. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented environment are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about promotions and activities.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: inform about restocking and feedback.
