Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January) to help deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.

In this role you will greet customers, keep merchandise organized, stock floors, and ensure fast, seamless checkout experiences at the register. The position emphasizes flexibility, strong people skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including peak holiday season.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training will teach procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Assess customer needs, share product knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when possible.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when appropriate.
• Communicate merchandise restocking and service needs to management.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and maintain a positive environment.
