Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support store operations during peak seasons.

You’ll engage customers, suggest apparel and footwear, handle front and back-of-store tasks, including POS processes, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This part-time seasonal role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a chance to become a permanent team member.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Essential functions of the role must be performed
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld devices)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist front and back of store tasks
• Handle point of sale and payment processes
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and adhere to policy
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Follow attendance policy and perform other tasks as assigned
