Under Armour seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store organized and stocked. You will support daily operations, contribute to sales goals, and assist with stock duties as needed, ideal for summer or holiday periods.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, be energetic and motivated, and thrive on teamwork while delivering a great in-store and digital shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around store, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; support daily operations.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and teamwork.
• Promote the Rewards program to build customer loyalty.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management.
