Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain store organization.

You will support daily operations, participate in stock duties when needed, and contribute to achieving store goals in a fast-paced environment. This seasonal, part-time role offers flexible hours including holidays and weekends, with opportunities to advance to regular part-time or full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; maintain merchandise presentation.
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience; collaborate with team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and seize growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy.
