Job summary

Kirkland’s, Inc. in McAllen, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience using Kirkland’s Home customer service model while assisting with operations, merchandising, and store upkeep under management direction.

You will sell, cashier, replenish stock, set floorsets, and help maintain inventory, pricing, and presentation, while prioritizing customer needs and contributing to sales growth.
