Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support operations under management direction. You will engage customers, drive sales, manage cashiering, replenishment, and floorsets while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive, customer-first mindset to contribute to store goals and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the store.

• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to communicate with customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.
• Must be able to move merchandise 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system and handheld devices.
