Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal sales objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection and inventory procedures.
