Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture.
• Stay informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
