Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, and support selling and service with POS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Foster service and selling culture; build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and hit goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards; assist floor moves, display upkeep, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
• Assist processing merchandise and replenish floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately; manage cash and POS at registers.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high-quality work, attendance, and appearance.
