Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display setup and store housekeeping.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and POS responsibilities.
• Support store leadership in achieving measurable goals and continuous skill development.
