Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain goals such as units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and ensure accurate POS transactions and cash handling.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership guidance.
• Adhere to laws, policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and appearance.
