Job summary

Boot Barn in Nashville is seeking a Seasonal Sales Partner to engage customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. You will embody our values, demonstrate selling and service expertise, and maintain product knowledge and POS proficiency.

This role supports merchandising, processes transactions, and helps achieve store goals. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends is expected; opportunities for growth and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, customer information capture).
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales setup, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions at POS and manage cash/media.
• Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws, policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
