Qualifications

• Customer service mindset for in-store experience.

• Ability to achieve store metrics (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals related to transactions and add-ons.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
• Partner with store leadership to improve skills and metrics.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
