Boot Barn in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Partner to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will embody our mission and provide product knowledge, service, and POS proficiency.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate ($16.90–$20.00) plus incentives, store discounts, and benefits. You will support merchandising, assist with transactions, and help grow sales while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, customer info capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
