Job summary

Boot Barn in California is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, become a product expert, and drive sales through strong service and knowledge.

Seasonal work offers competitive hourly pay and benefits while supporting the team during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, promotions, and store operations, while meeting metrics and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales setup and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS with proper cash handling.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
