Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring Seasonal Sales Partners in California to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, communicate product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards while processing transactions at the POS.

This part-time, temporary role supports our community-focused store culture and aims to drive sales through excellent service. Successful partners are team players who adapt to varied shifts, meet performance goals, and embrace Boot Barn values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
