This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027, offering opportunities to develop relationships with customers and colleagues while representing Le Creuset’s premium cookware and lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, or other key-holder responsibilities preferred.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established security and operational procedures.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsabilités

• Open and Close the Store: Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset's visual and operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and store leadership, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing business needs.
