Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Seasonal Sales Lead at Ellenton Premium Outlets, FL to deliver outstanding customer experiences during our busy holiday season. You will connect with shoppers, share product knowledge of our premium cookware, and help the store team meet sales goals.

This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027. This position requires teamwork, flexibility, and a genuine interest in cooking and entertaining, with the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming, high-energy Le Creuset

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience in a specialty environment.
Experience with opening/closing procedures or key-holder responsibilities.
Dependability with sound judgment and adherence to security procedures.
Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining and Le Creuset.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store: perform opening/closing procedures, secure the store, manage keys and alarms, and handle cash responsibilities.
Support sales and customer experience: provide personalized service and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
Maintain operational and visual standards: support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and brand standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment: communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and leadership, and adapt to changes.
