Job summary

Hawai‘i’s Finest is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales & Customization Associates to join the team during the busy holiday season. The role blends retail sales with hands-on customization using DTG printers, embroidery, heat presses and other equipment in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work with designers to fulfill orders, replenish inventory, handle POS transactions, and ensure a great in-store experience during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills for guest interactions.
• Comfort with operating customer-facing equipment and basic production tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer assistance and greet shoppers.
• Support product knowledge and drive sales through recommendations and promotions.
