Job summary

ALO in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help drive peak-period store performance. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage inventory, support shipments and replenishment, and uphold visual standards across the sales floor.

You will work part-time with a focus on accuracy, safety, and strong collaboration with store leadership. This role offers incentives and benefits tied to performance and company programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement around store and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift and during peak/holiday periods.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Maintain stockroom standards for safety and efficiency.
• Move dynamically to support guests and business needs.
• Assist with company-level operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
