Kirkland’s Home is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support daily store operations and merchandising under management guidance.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain accurate inventory while upholding Kirkland’s Home values and standards. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required, with opportunities to grow across roles.

• Receives and stocks merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintains an organized sales floor and stockroom, including inventory accuracy.
