Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for a Sales Associate in Jurupa Valley, California, to support the Store Management Team in various tasks such as store setup, merchandising, and maintaining Guest Services. Responsibilities include generating sales, general housekeeping, and loss prevention measures. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and able to physically handle demanding tasks. The position offers an hourly rate between $16.90 - $17.15, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 16.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown of the store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales and implement loss prevention measures.
