Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Riverside, California is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in setting up and breaking down a seasonal store. The Associate will maintain guest services, generate sales, and support the Store Management Team with merchandising and loss prevention. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. The position pays hourly between $16.90 and $17.15 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setting up and dismantling the store.
• Maintain Guest Services in line with Company Standards.
• Generate sales and handle POS operations.
• Implement loss prevention measures.
