Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Los Angeles, California. The Sales Associate will assist the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, packing up, and teardown of the seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining guest services, generating sales, pricing, and loss prevention. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a physical capability for standing and walking for up to 8 hours. Hourly pay ranges from $16.90 to $17.15 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations.
• Implement loss prevention measures.
