We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team during peak sales periods. This role involves providing outstanding guest service, supporting store operations, and participating in sales initiatives, with a focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate must prioritize customer satisfaction and be available during peak seasonal days.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude.
2. Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
3. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising according to guidelines.
4. Help with stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and organized.
5. Contribute to meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
6. Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience preferred.
