We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team during peak sales periods. This role involves delivering outstanding guest service, supporting store operations, and contributing to sales initiatives, particularly during the holiday season. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction and be available during peak seasonal days.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude.
2. Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to sales initiatives.
3. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
4. Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented.
5. Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
6. Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience is a plus.
