We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team during peak seasons. This role involves delivering outstanding guest service, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining store operations under direct guidance and supervision. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction and be available during peak seasonal sales days.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude.
2. Support the shopping environment, including visual merchandising and store initiatives during the holiday season.
3. Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised, including restocking merchandise.
4. Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
5. Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, adhering to safety protocols.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience is a plus.

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
