Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.
• Support in-store events sourcing and execution and maintain brand standards.
• Assist with training and developing new associates to build a welcoming environment.
• Lead customer engagement through email capture and upsell opportunities.
• Help maintain merchandising, stock, and store cleanliness per company standards.
• Contribute to weekly product feedback and help recruit top talent when appropriate.
• Uphold loss prevention awareness and maintain a positive, energetic store atmosphere.
